Endless struggles with ticket refund (with cancellation and refund policy purchased)

Severe lack in customer service. No communication and exceedingly difficult to open a query. Reminds me of money-mongering African telecommunication companies. No regard for their clients and the hard earned money they spent on this worthless airline. It should not be that difficult to refund a canceled ticket, especially if the ticket holder paid the fee for "cancel for any reason with refund" policy. I baught the product (WITH POLICY), I didn't use the product, give me my money and you take your god damn ticket back fools. That is how the interaction is supposed to work.
