Do not use Airlink

Airlink failed to inform my husband and I of a cancelled flight due to apparent poor weather conditions from Umthatha to Johannesburg. We were only informed once we arrived at the airport. The weather was perfect and good weather in Johannesburg. The ground staff did not help at all and we had to fund our own transport and hotel costs for 2 nights as the airlines flights were fill and this is in their cancellation policy. Do not use this airline. Their refund team also took over a month to reply to my refund request and I had to revert to social media to get a response from them. Its such a pity as the Eastern Cape tourism will be negatively impacted by how terribly run Airlink is as this is the only airline that flies to Umthatha.
