Disappointing and disgusting Airlink.

I am disappointed in Airlink and would advise anyone to stay away from Airlink. I booked a return flight flight to the Umthatha Airport in the Eastern Cape flying from joburg in OR Tambo. Okay due to bad weather the flight couldn't land and we flew back to joburg. Now I have been sending emails to their refunds department and am getting no assistance and no replies. I feel ****** and it's highly disgusting that they don't have a working reliable refunds mechanism. I will never book anything with Airlink ever again, it's cheap and ******** of them not to refund me even when I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund.
