Disappointed and dissatisfied customer!!!

So my colleague and I got at check-in point at 10:26am in Kimberly. Only to learn the check-in closes at 10:25am and our flight is at 10:55am. So we beg until 10:31am. The lady assisting is adamant that she can't allow pass and she called the pilot as well and pilot said no. So we go to the booking counter and boarding is still opened mind you. The colored ladies who were at the counter plain refused to let us in. 10:40 boarding closes while we waiting and 10:50 the flight leaves while we there. Here if you are not WHITE you are in trouble.... If you ever see me taking Airlink to Kimberly please chop my fingers. The worst customer service ever!!!!!
