Delayed Luggage

I wouldn't give this airline a single star.

I checked in my bags a few mins before the checkin closed, I arrived at my destination, and I was told that my bag was not there and it had been left in OR Tambo. 15 bags were said to have been left. I was advised that they would deliver my bag to my temporary residence as I was on holiday. They also mentioned that I would get a call when my bag is located, which I didn't get.

During the whole conversation, there were people from a previous flight that were there to pick up luggage that they also did not receive making me realise that this is a common issue.

I called in the morning, and the assistant was rude and informed me that I checked in my bag late and that's why they left my bag behind, however my husband and daughters bags were checked in with mine and their bags had arrived on our flight, and they refused to deliver my bag to me.

This airline is so cheaply managed, with *********** staff, I wouldn't advise anyone to use them. They are inefficient and overly priced compared to other domestic airlines.
