Deceptive, unaccountable and non-responsive Cargo Airlink

My family experienced terrible and disappointing customer service from Cargo Airlink. A time sensitive package was flown out from King Shaka International Airport on 26 September 2024, and was to be received in East Londen Airport by the morning of 27 September at 08:00.

The package was required for Saturday 28 September for our event- family members having flown into EL especially. As a result we have had to reschedule and incurred additional travel and time costs.

Not only do I not recommend Cargo Airlink, but I strongly advise against using their *********** service at all.

On the 3rd October 2024 I submitted a detailed complaint to *** My complaint was escalated to the following member who have been detached and unresponsive to my complaints and follow-up email: Tshepo Tladi *** Johan van Nierkerk *** Michael van Nierkerk ***

We were deceived. The paid for service was not delivered as promised, and no communication has been provided at all from Airlink Cargo throughout.

Their lack accountability in this matter, displays their cold and inconsiderate approach to their customers. The silence has been deafening.
