Dead Woman's Money

Its been a long journey with them. My Grandmother was supposed to fly on the 28th of September 2021 but unfortunately she passed away on the 16th of September 2021. My aunt has been trying to get a refund for the ticket and they just have a different story every time she calls, its in the system, we waiting for approval, its still in the works and so on.... And on the last call on the 17th of March she was told that the ticket was a non refundable why the ticket holder passed away proof of this was send. This is unacceptable and very sad.
