Day light *******!!!!

If you want to book a plane ticket stay away from these people. I wanted to amend a surname on my booking was told it’s R1000 a whole thousand??? What is this a day light ****, not even banks charge us that money for administration.. they are unfair and they don’t treat costumers fairly. I am taking this up with the ombudsman if no one will attend my complaint
