CREW MEMBER TOSSED MY SANDWICH

I was on the 11h10 Durban–Johannesburg flight today. I asked for chicken, then immediately changed my mind and asked for beef. The coloured male cabin crew member (english name) literally threw the chicken sandwich onto the trolley and tossed the beef one at me. I was so taken aback that I didn’t respond. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In this economy, if you cannot take your job seriously and treat passengers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role.
