Complete shambles.

This airline is in a complete state of shambles. The passengers on this afternoon’s flight from Cape Town to Bloemfontein were loaded onto the bus before the plane was ready, returned to the boarding gates and then reloaded onto the bus, only to then be locked in for another 15 minutes. The passengers were without air in the sweltering bus, with the ground staff refusing to open the doors. This shocking treatment of passengers shows a complete lack of care for customers who were treated like cattle.
