Complete ******* from Airlink

A complete ******* from Airlink. Took a business client for check in at 950am for a 1040am flight to Hararefrom OR Tambo. While in the queue an Airlink staff came to say they had closed. The client was denied entry and told to rebook for next flight which they need full booking payment. What a ripp off !
