Children miss Granny’s funeral to faulty aeroplane

This should be a 0 rating ! My daughters missed their granny funeral as their aeroplane was faulty and a new plane had to be arranged ! Then the new plane could not land and was diverted even though another plane was able to land ! They arrived missing the entire funeral ! The high costs compared to cemair and now safair to nelspruit and hoedspruit will now make me wonder why I would ever choose airlink again
