Braam Fisher Airport - Airlink

Utter bad service received this morning at Braam Fisher Airport. Our agency that books our flights for client flight always books my flights under my married name and have for the past 6 year flown with my ID and marriage certificate. This morning I was told that my marriage certificate does not look like a birth certificate and they refused me to board. I'm unsure how for the past 6 years this has not been a problem but today when I had a client meeting in Johannesburg it seemed like today was a good day to refuse my boarding. The assistant had the nerve to then say "just let your agency book another flight" - I'm unsure on whether it would be at his expense because the client is paying for our tickets?

I also asked to speak to the manager and she was also not on site and also he was not allowed to give her number out he said.

Airlink is one of my preferred choices but I will definitely reconsider and I have also informed the agency.
