Booking *******

I booked a flight and then had to change the dates. I spoke to an operator who said the new flight departure time was 6H40 only to find the correct time was 18h40. They now say I was wrong and to rebook will cost me an additional R1300 per person. The flights are in April so I believe this to be an absolute *******.
