My mother recently made use of Airlink between Cape Town and Johannesburg connecting to an international flight to the UK and upon her return. She was booked with wheelchair assistance, and here the great service was already apparent when we contacted the customer care to have her seat booked and the wheelchair booked, they were very quick and efficient in responding to our request and answered all our queries. At the departures in Cape Town the ground crew were super helpful, friendly and efficient in getting my mom from the departures hall onto the flight, assisting her all the way to her seat and getting her carry on luggage stored. Onboard the flight the flight crew again were super efficient and communicated exceptionally well onboard the flight to put my mom at ease and to ensure that her needs were met. The same goes for both the ground crew and flight crew on her return flight, I would like to make special mention that on her return to South Africa the ground crew gentleman that assisted even went as far as querying whether my mom need the bathroom or if he could get her some coffee while she waited for the flight back to Cape Town. We will be highly recommending Airlink to all our friends and Family who plan on traveling in the future. Kudo’s Airlink I award you a A+++ rating for your service.
