Be aware of ******* in Airlink Baggage Department

I'm soo disgusted....I flew from CPT to Bloemfontein on Sunday 6/10 and used this case cover for the first time. When I arrived in Bloemfontein...it was removed (******)from the case.

This is such a disgrace. I reported it immediately at airlink counter. The assistant, Felicia, who was great, ...she took my details and promised to call and send me email correspondence. She called me on Monday to say that Cape Town side is investigating. I don't have a reference number or email confirming my complaint at the counter. This makes me feel like nothing will be done about it.... it's utterly disgusting that *****ing can be swept under the carpet. I have sent an email as well but to date, I have received no response!
