Bag locking system damage

I had a business trip to Bloemfontein on 16th May 2022 and my bag was forcefully opened, damaging my suitcase locking system. I now cannot lock my suitcase. When I reported the case, I was told I cannot be assisted. This is very unfortunate as we expected a better service from this business.
