BAD STAFF

Honestly dont think I will use them again. Currently trying to sort out something for my flight on Wednesday, and not receiving any help.. They are just expecting me to pay a ton of money to transfer passenger even though I do not want to change the passenger. I will try again tomorrow, and if I do not receive any assistance, I will take it further.
