Bad services

I am very disappointed in Airlink because of the non-refunded policy that was not displayed on the ticket as I bought it (only a small link). As I phoned last week on Fryday to find out about canceling tickets the person told me I can do it and that there will be only a cancellation fee of R575. As I cancelled today, they told me there is no refund of my ticket 4Z/Y2FCRN. What now? Rule 11.1 general rules statet there are refunds. They also can't reverse the cancellation now and have to pay R1250 to reactivate it again. That is all on a ticket that I only paid R833 for. What a lot of nonsense and I think Airlink is a ripoff.......🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Just take a look at their ticket prizes.....🤔😭 They sell the same ticket now and same seat for R2250...Daylight robery.!!!
