BAD service and unfair policies!

The worst service and policies! R690 for a name change caused by their own web site. Dino Khoza "a supervisor" Was extremely rude to me on the phone. He had such a nasty attitude. Told me to "Report me if you want". Surely a big airline like this must strive to better service than this??? This is the last time I will fly with Airlink and I will go out of my way to warn the public.

The name change policy is a absolute joke! R690 to erase a name and retype a new one...
