Bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 74 year old mother was booked on a flight today with Airlink from Cape Town to Bloemfontein. We arranged wheelchair assistance seeing that she can not get onto the bus and the aircraft using the staircase. The assistance was approved and they collected her at the check in. They dropped her off at the gate and said "you must walk to the aircraft" Passengers had to assist her to get into the craft. This is ridiculous
