Bad management by Airlink

I flew from Gaberone to OR Tambo. Waited for more than 40 minutes to get my luggage. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t use the excuse of Airports Company. You must monitor and manage. My next leg was from OR Tambo to Cape Town. I was in the first bus. There was only 1 flight of stairs - in the front. When the second bus arrived, they also opened boarding from the back. The choas inside was unimaginable. Where was their logic or their management. Really expected more. So disappointed and disgusted for making the trip less pleasant.
