Bad call

On Saturday 7th Sep told they do nit car if there where accidents or bad traffic. I must just buy another ticket. The ticket clearly states that gatenonky closes 20 min prior to departure. I was there 13.20. Today the boarding time is only 13h15. So nit the same rules apply . And agents are not consistent with procedures.
