Bad bad service

Airlink, is not a very good airline as they off loaded our bags die to the fact that it was to hot in Windhoek for the plane to take off.

I completely understand that people’s lives are more important than luggage. But why promise us that our bags will be in cape town that very same night and that they will deliver it or call us. They gave us a number to call at the airport, but apparently no one is maning the phone like promised. Not even during working hours. When I asked why no one answered they said zi was phoning at the wrong time

I have spend most of the day trying to phone someone just to hear if my bag had arrived as i had nothing except what i am currently wearing. Seeing that is now evening no 2 without my suitcase. I am really not vey happy with the service nor they way I have been treated.
