Baby becomes a casualty of Airlink's negligence

My sister in law's two months old baby became a casualty of Air link's negligence as she was taken aboard a flight in OR Tambo international airport. Her luggage with baby clothes, food and medication was not so lucky as it missed the flight. On her arrival in Mthatha airport she makes the gruesome discovery. Air link staff in Mthatha tell her to come fetch her belongings. Mind you, we do not live in Mthatha. Upon pointing out that the airline should take responsibility to bring it to her home in Qumbu, a staff member says they do not deliver outside of municipal boundaries. I guess they only care for & should only take passengers from Mthatha then.
