Avoid Airlink in Southern Africa

Worst airline I have travelled with. Plane suffered a technical but staff have not been trained to communicate clearly and calmly with passengers.

It took 4 hrs to update us with what was going on.

And only with passengers getting irate and demanding to know what was happening.

Instead of leaving at 915 4z321 on 14 september we are leaving at 5pm. Terrible service and no compensation or empathy for passengers.
