Atrocious service

Kgomotso kgomo superviser at OR Tambo refuses to help my pensioner mother and grandmother standing in front of her AT THIS MOMENT!!! They changed gate nrs without notifying my mother. They refuse to help them. My mom and gran is not from here and is STRANDED!!!! How CAN YOU ALLOW THIS!!
