3 friends (Mo****di, Molathegi, Keatlaretsa) lost their bags on Johannesburg to Mthatha flight at 15h50 on Thursday 18th of December 2025. Eventually got them Friday afternoon 19 December. Airlink wanted to charge Molatlhegi R2,875 to change Sunday afternoon 21 December return flight from 14h15 flight to 12h00 flight, even though they owed him R350 and the lost bags inconvenience, and an available empty seat on the 12h00 flight.
