APPALING SERVICE EVER

What a terrible service these guys have. They lose my luggage and i have to beg them to trace it for me. After requesting tracing of my bag i still need to make plans on how it gets to my hotel. I'm at the brink of losing my Job for the equipment in this bag and none of the staff understands the urgency of getting this bag for me. I'm like just another stats to them! appalling Service indeed.
