Always delaying it’s flight and they don’t communicate .

I flew with Airlink yesterday on flight 4Z107 from Harare to Johannesburg, which was delayed by about 3 hours. There was very little communication from staff about the delay or updated departure times, and no assistance was offered to passengers. Delays happen, but better communication would have made the experience far more manageable.
