AIRLINK: Worst airline experience and service EVER

One star is too high. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Worst airline service overall. Employees/ supervisors/ managers are not empowered to handle even the smallest requests. As I customer I have been handled so unprofessionally and have been exploited by having to pay for an additional flight ticket (costing almost exactly the same amount as a new ticket) I will never use this airline again ever. There were several other unhappy customers around us during this ordeal. Airlink OR Tambo, what a total utter disappointment.
