Airlink unprofessional in dealing with customer quiry.

I was on an Airlink flight yesterday from Gqeberha to Johannesburg, I accidentally forgot my designer sunglasses in the seat pocket I informed one of the crew members and they said I should wait at the baggage counter. After almost an hour they told me they couldn't find them and insinuated that one of the passengers must have taken them. I told them it's not possible as I was one of the last passengers inside the aircraft also considering it was not visible as it was in the seat pocket. what annoyed me the most was that the lady at the baggage counter who was assisting me was not professional in handling my situation.
