Airlink - unprofessional

Flew from NZ to SA and had a connection flight with airlink from JNB to CPT. Was told by airlink staff to leave pur bags in JNB as our flight was about to depart and that they will ensure all our luggage will arrive in CPT the next morning. Got there the next morning just to find our luggage is MIA. No case were opened by Airlink CPT and they were extremely unhelpful in trying to locate our luggage. We were sent up and down within CPT airport with absolutely no assistance from airlink. Luckily, thanks to the aviation centre we got pur luggage 3 days later. We were unable to claim on travel insurance as Airlink staff never opened a case of missing luggage. To this day they still claim that none of it was their responsibility even though their staff assured us that we will be receiving our luggage the next morning.
