Airlink unfriendly staff

I am extremely disappointed with Airlink’s service. This morning, I experienced some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Despite completing online check-in, it seems to have no real value or purpose since the staff treated it as irrelevant. Instead of assisting or clarifying processes, they were dismissive and rude, which added unnecessary stress to my journey.

Airlink, if you offer online check-in, ensure it’s recognized and train your staff to handle customers with professionalism and courtesy. This was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better.
