Airlink sucks

I booked a front row seat specifically as I needed to disembark quickly. Airlink decided to re-seat me in the middle of the aircraft. Their staff did nothing when I tried to engage with them, aside from display astonishing arrogance. They repeat scripted lines by rote. Consideration for repeat passengers on this airline is zero. Luckily they have competitors. I will use them from now. Hello SAA and Safair!
