Airlink staff are ***********

Airlink Customer service in Port Elizabeth is very useless, especially their manger Melinca. We are flying back to JHB from PE today and they are refusing us to board a flight because we do not have original birth certificates, we went to the police station at the airport to get the affidavit and Melinca refused to accept the affidavit, saying she want original copies or certified copies. Even the police officer came to explain that the affidavit is valid but Melinca still refused to accept the birth certificates. The biggest issue I have is that even their website does not mention that you must have an original birth certificate, it only says valid certificate and the affidavit should be enough to make to copies valid.
