AIRLINK SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS!!

This is the worst airlines ever, the costumer services is horrible HORRIBLE I tell you. I missed my flight due to the weather and KLM was able to rebook the tickets to South Africa for me for FREE but as soon I landed in South Africa they didn’t even bother hearing about it. They requested me to buy new tickets. The manager is worst at doing her JOB.
