Airlink Rip-Off Admin Fees

I had to "Park" tickets that I booked for a future date due to an event that was cancelled by organizers. The Two return tickets original cost is R 4600, the Admin cost to do this is now costing me R 2300 that is 50% penalty. I tried to query this more than two months in advance, so this ensures they will sell my seats again. All I got from them was that I should read their Terms and Conditions, it is all there for my reading and understanding.
