Airlink poor standards

Absolutely ********** service. Flight from Johannesburg to Lusaka.

Bags were not loaded from British airways flight and NO ONE has any information AT ALL

This particular flight had only 20 passenger and 12 DID NOT get their luggage!!!!!! They have several flights PER DAY ON THIS ROUTE AND YET???!! This is not the first time!

AIRLINK needs to get very serious
