AIRLINK Poor service with lost Luggage

My luggage was lost today on my flight to Namibia Windhoek, and the clerk at the help desk was very unhelpful and couldn't care less about my well-being. I'm in a foreign country without any clothing and cannot perform my duties as I need the gear in the bag. No contact has been made with me today, leaving me in a country I don't know without anything. This is very frustrating, and I feel AIRLIK could have done better.
