AIRLINK OR AIRSTINK

We had the misfortune of flying this airline from Skukuza to Capetown on Friday. 40 passengers on board we were all left stranded in Capetown without a single bag being put on board in Skukuza. The first we hear of it is when we are all standing around the carousel like idiots. We are then told our bags will arrive tomorrow? We check with the airlink desk at 9am this morning to be told our bags have arrived and will be delivered to us. It’s 5pm and nothing. We tried to get hold of their offices to no avail as they are closed and it’s impossible to find an emergency number. Just another typical SA business that thinks it can treat customers in this manner. Bye bye Airlink you’ll never see our family on one of your flights ever again. Right up there with SAA
