Airlink . Not impressed

Flew to Cape Town last week of December. Airlink lost my suitcase, returning it 3 full days later. I was forced to purchase clothing, toiletries, medication and more. I lodged a claim immediately and have been waiting now for 6 weeks for the settlement of R350 per day as per Airlink T&Cs . Just to-day, 14the February, I receive an E mail advising that it could take a further 30 days for the R1050 to reflect in my account ( dated from Feb 10th letter of advice) If you fly with ANY airline and they LOSE your baggage, they need to quickly and professionally attend to the matter. Airlink in this regards, SUCKS
