Airlink non service

Tried to book a flight. System blocked my booking while payment app got jammed. Tried to cancel and rebook. On new search original seat 3A showed taken. Picked seat next it 3B and the same occord. I cancelled again and gave System a few minutes. On my next booking same flight had increaced another R300 . Not happy i tried to call office. 1st call ... waited 5:30 min 2nd call .... waited 8:30 min

Sorry your service is non existent wish makes your recorded acclamations a joke. Not impressed. Can somebody call me to sort this mess out.
