Airlink - NO REFUND IN FIVE MONTHS

I booked tickets last year, unfortunately my Best Friend passed away, I asked Airlink for a refund, to which they responded they want my friends Death Certificate first, I then supp**** them with this ,on the 10th of April 2022 I received a mail from Rendani Muenda who said she had logged this and it will be paid in 3 to 4 months. It has now been FIVE months, and I have not received payment or any sort of notification from S.A Airlink. This fuels me to advise anyone to NOT book with this airline as it is very difficult to receive a response or refund from them.
