Airlink missing luggage

I am so disappointed in Airlink, their service and staff bad attitude has been the worst for me. I checked in a bag on Monday, 5:30am OR Tambo International airport with a flight that was suppose to depart to Mthatha at 06:15 and proceeded to go to the boarding gate. The flight was delayed then an hour later we were told that we will be updated at 10am. At 10am the flight got cancelled and I rerouted my ticket to East London. My checked in luggage was nowhere to be found. I have been told about processes which I waited the entire Monday for the bag to go through, eventually, I was told the bag was loaded into the flight going to East london at 18:30, there was no bag. The people working at OR Tambo baggage department ***) just keep telling me "we will load it on the next flight" like a broken record.. I want my bag back, more than anything I need my medication in that bag.
