Airlink misleading the public with pricing

We are very regular passengers on Airlink, flying with them at least once but on average twice a month. The route we fly is an expensive route but we have accepted that to a degree. Two days ago Airlink announced a 25% discount on all their routes & flights. Seeing this we decided to book our tickets as soon as the special starts. Booking the tickets we could not find where the 25% discount comes into play so I called them. I was then informed that the 25% is based on their base fare only which is only R200 of the total ticket price of R1360. The discount amount is the a grand total of R50. Any other company that offers a discount is forced to give discount on the overall amount but not Airlink. Their ad is misleading and worthless. We will think twice before buying a ticket to fly Airlink again.
