Airlink lies and deceit

The worst service ever. Never experienced this with any other airlines. Still no contact made after my last post. This company took my money and have not paid me back. I have been **** to about prices and refunds and names and had the worst conversation with someone by the name of TERESA DE GOUVEIA Who stated her surname is SMITH utter lies and deceit how does this company keep staff like this.

AIRLINK I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS REFUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN MY ACCOUNT YESTERDAY OR ARE YOU GOING TO ***** MY MONEY
