Airlink is just a bad link

Airlink refunds process is really a pain, if not non-existent. Once you cancel your flight, you are doomed. Forget about your money.

At first you will be told it takes up to 4 months to be processed. Like, what kind of a refund is that in the first place? 4 months??? Ok, then after 4 months of waiting, still..Nothing, you call, hold for +- 2 hours at a go, only to be told the voicemail is full and call automatically terminated.

Email, well...no response. I even went to the Airport to ask about this and they said they know nothing.
