Airlink is horrible

What horrible morning with this airline. We got to the airport 40mins before our departure time and they didn’t assist!!! We were just told “we can’t assist and you have forfeited your flights” just like that!! I’ve flown with different airlines before and trust me they go over and above to assist their clients.
