AIRLINK IS ATROCIOUS

I travelled from Polokwane via OR Tambo to Cape Town on Friday (27 Oct) and checked my luggage in. I was informed that it would be sent through to Cape Town and I would collect it when I land there. To my surprise I was the only person whose luggage was missing and I was informed that they would look for it and call me the next day to collect.

Two days later I still haven't received my luggage. All my clothes, shoes toiletries etc is missing and no one at Airlink is picking up my calls. Their service is the worst EVER!
